Is my data secure?
Submission CRM provides the ability to securely store data in the cloud hosted at AWS S3.
Does Submission CRM come with lenders and funders preloaded?
No. Submission CRM loads the lenders and funders you work with and manages the guidelines lenders require based on minimums, average values, and maximum values. You load your ISO or funder representative details such as contact name, phone, and email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can modify or cancel your license at any time by creating a support ticket or contacting your Submission CRM representative.
What method are submissions forwarded to lenders?
Submission CRM delivers merchant data by API when API keys are granted by the lender or funder, or by email using blind carbon copy.
How can I pay?
The original FAQ notes that major credit cards and debit cards are accepted for recurring month-to-month payment during the launch period.
How can I reach out for more help?
Use the contact page, support ticket link inside your account, or call Submission CRM.

What is SubScrub?
SubScrub is the automated bank statement analysis layer used with Submission CRM. It helps extract underwriting signals from bank statements, organize deposit and balance behavior, flag risk indicators, and support lender matching.
Does the CRM support lender matching?
Yes. Submission CRM can organize lender and funder guidelines, minimums, maximums, average values, representative details, API settings, and preferred submission methods so brokers can filter merchants through the funders they work with.
Can Submission CRM support branded loan funnels?
Yes. Branded funnels like Small Byz Loans can collect business loan applications, contact details, revenue information, financing purpose, and requested funding details before routing the lead into the brokerage workflow.
Are prices listed publicly?
No. Public pricing is not disclosed on the website. Plans are recommended privately based on brokerage size, users, workflow, integrations, branding needs, and implementation requirements.
What modules are included in the dashboard?
The dashboard experience covers merchants, lenders and funders, lead management, PSF forms, users, reporting, chats, export, SubScrub logs, import leads, activity logs, calendar, invoices, and support tickets.
